Panic relief, two taps away.

A breathing app for people who don't want a wellness habit. They want to feel okay in the next two minutes.

Coming to the App Store. In beta testing now.

How it works

  1. 1Tap.
  2. 2Breathe with the voice.
  3. 3Back to your day.

A calm voice talks you through it, so it works with your eyes closed. SOS takes under two minutes. Everything runs on your phone, so it works without signal.

The promise

SOS is free forever. We mean it. No trial that expires. No lock that appears later. If you're panicking, the button works.

SOS Calm and Coherent Breath are free, with no time limit and no account.

Why not just use a free breathing app?

They're good. If a silent animation works for you, use one. Apple's is built in. Serene is for when you need more than a shape: a human-sounding voice that talks you down, sessions built for real situations, and a panic button that works with your eyes closed. The panic button is free forever, so you can find out for yourself.

Who it's for

For

Adults with situational anxiety: pre-meeting nerves, racing-mind insomnia, social-stress spirals, mild panic. People who tried the big meditation apps and found them too much.

Not for

Practice-building meditators, sleep-story listeners, or clinical panic disorder. Serene is a tool, not treatment.

Billing

Serene Pro adds Box Breathing, 4-7-8 Sleep, Morning Energize, three sessions for real moments ("I can't sleep", "Before a big moment", "I just had a conflict") and a second voice.

Pro is $29.99 a year in the US, with a 7-day free trial, or $4.99 a month. Prices differ by country; the App Store shows yours before you pay. Cancel any time in your iPhone's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. If you allow it, the app reminds you a month before your year renews. We'd rather you trust us than trap you.

Privacy policy

Last updated 3 November 2026. Serene is made by TS Creative Ventures LLC.

Short version: no account, no ads, no analytics or tracking. Your sessions stay on your phone. Three things go over the internet: crash reports, purchases, and checks for app updates. None of them include your name or email, and we never sell or share data for advertising.

What stays on your phone

Your sessions, your ratings after a session and your settings are stored only on your phone. We never see them. There is no account and no sign-in.

Crash reports (Sentry)

When Serene crashes or hits an error, it sends a crash report to Sentry, our error-monitoring service, so we can fix the problem. A report holds technical details only, such as the app and iOS version, the device model and what the app was doing at the time; never your name, email or anything you enter. Sentry does not keep your IP address (we have that switched on), but it uses it once to work out a rough location, a city and country, which it keeps with the report. Sentry also counts app launches that end without a crash, using a random ID for this install, so we can measure how stable the app is. Reports are not used for advertising or tracking and are not linked to you.

Purchases (Apple and RevenueCat)

Apple handles every payment; we never see your card or Apple ID. We use RevenueCat to know whether you have Pro. When the app opens, RevenueCat receives a random ID the app creates for this install, your Serene purchase history from Apple, and basic details such as the app version, iOS version and your App Store country. It does not receive your name or email from us.

App updates (Expo)

When the app opens, it asks Expo's update servers whether a newer version of the app's code is ready. The request carries the app version, the platform and a random ID for this install, which Expo uses to count updates delivered. Nothing about you.

Your IP address

Any app that goes online shows its internet address (IP address) to the servers it reaches. RevenueCat and Expo receive it as part of normal requests and handle it under their own policies: RevenueCat, Expo, Sentry, Apple.

Notifications

Serene sends one kind of notification: if you subscribe yearly and allow it, a reminder a month before your year renews. It is scheduled on your phone; nothing is sent to us.

Beta versions only

Beta testers using TestFlight can tap "Send session log" in Settings. That sends a technical log of their last five sessions through Sentry: which technique ran, timings, sound and audio states, and accessibility settings such as VoiceOver and text size. Nothing personal. It is sent only when you tap it, and the App Store version doesn't have it. Apple's TestFlight also shares feedback and crash details you choose to send with us, under Apple's privacy policy.

Deleting your data

To remove your data, delete the app: that removes everything Serene stored on your phone. Your sessions, ratings and settings are kept only on your phone (in the beta, a session log you choose to send goes to Sentry). Sentry deletes crash reports and session logs after at most 90 days, and they can't be traced back to you. RevenueCat keeps the record of any purchase under the random install ID; it isn't linked to your name or email. To cancel a subscription, use your iPhone's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions.

Children

Serene is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Questions: info@tscreativeventures.com.

Support

Email info@tscreativeventures.com. A person reads every message. Billing questions get an answer the same day where we can, including how to cancel or ask Apple for a refund.

Serene is not a medical service. If you are in danger or think you may harm yourself, call your local emergency number. In the US you can call or text 988.
